Shift Linkage for 66 column to 2004R OD Trans

Nylon retainer clips taped into Front Wiring Harness, where can I find some?

These are clips taped inside the harness used to secure the harness to the front tie bar and the front drivers side fender. SS396 has them at $5 each, plus there shipping is outrageous, $64 total for 6 clips. I think they were used in other years than 66.
