Does the flex plate side with the recessed mounting pockets go on the converter side or the motor side when installing it? The one I took off the 402 had the pockets on the motor side, which I think was backwards as shouldn't the converter mounts fit into the pockets? Or, does it depend on how much spacing...

Want to change pulleys on H2O pump, PS, and Alt. from stock to March. Any secrets or advice on getting the pulleys off before I venture on doing it ?
