Another oi leak

The VC leak a bit. Think the re-builder used a rubber gasket with a steel insert. Doesn’t leak a lot, just enough make a little mess to wipe off. Used cork gaskets RTV and Indian head on my BB years ago, no leaks. What are you guys using.

What vehicle was this rim from.

This is the spare that came with my Malibu. I replaced the tire and rim to a 66 looking disc brake rim from 69. I am looking at replacing the spare with a similar rim. It’s A 14x6 rim, thinking it’s also a disc rim (not sure). Anyone recognize the rim? Maybe there is a good home out there.
