Sheet metal

Does anyone have a suggested order of operations for sheet metal work on a 66 chevelle. Most of the sheet metal is going to be replaced. Just wondering if there is a generic order to do things it.
Example
1. Trunk floor
2. Inner outer wheel wells
3. Quarter panels
4. Etc.

Also the caliper brackets. Plates look gold with orginal plating but some paint. The other side is pretty much brace dust, same for brackets. I washer and scrubbed with dawn soap.
