Sealer and paint or alternative finish recommendations

The condensate pan for the a-coil on my home A/C rusted and had at least 7 holes.  A friend cut out and replaced the bottom of the pan. I need a quick DIY recommendation for finishing due to our lovely weather forecast. Looking for something I can brush or spray can on.  Would POR 15 be a good option?

If you could blast it. Then Rust-Oleum Undercoating aerosol, a heavier coating with some flexibility.
