Which ceiling insulation to use in mancave?

I'm getting ready to insulate the space between the ceiling rafters in the man cave. They are 2 X 6's and then I'm going to put plywood down on the top of the rafters for storage. No, no buyers on ym house just yet, but I did have someone do a second tour. We did an inspection on the future house (buyer paid but we set up the inspector). Ain't a darn thing wrong other than there sould be a couple outlets changed to GFI. Heater(s) in the garage work well too.
