Thanks Everyone!

We're going to the vegetarian's nightmare tonight - Fogo de Chao. I hope it's as good as I've been told!

I expect a complete writeup including pictures of the infamous "meat sweats". I hear the sides compliment the main dishes very well. I used to work with someone who dabbled in competitive eating for fun, his wife brought a book with.

Didn't get the "Meat Sweats", but did acquire a pretty serious "Food Blister" that took until about noon today to dissipate!! My son & I did our best to put a real hurt on the cow/greenhouse problem, but they just bring more... and more... and more... until you flip the coaster over to the red side.

Overall I was very impressed with the quality of food and service. The meat was premium, perfectly prepared/available to whatever level of done-ness you'd like (if your tastes are in the range of "MOO" down to Medium Well). The salad bar has great choices, incredible fresh-baked bread, and all the produce was top-shelf.

The wait-staff were on top of it, never an empty glass or empty side-dish - and they attended to you without being annoying.

The prices make this a "special occasion only" restaurant for us. For 3, with one drink each and tip was 2 Franklins.
