Looking for reputable shop, to do some body work on the 67.  I know it will need rear quarters, trunk pan, and one patch panel for front left fender.  Any recommendations of shops that may good options without breaking the bank?

I can't help with a recommendation, but if the trunk floor is rusted around the wheel houses and the braces for the body mounts behind the wheels are bad, you will be better off with a 1 piece trunk floor. It will be a better and cleaner repair than all the individual pieces. It is an easy install while changing the quarters and trunk drops.
