I doubt mine will be ready... should be running by then, but might be at Dad's getting the new hood/trunk painted.

I haven't even put the batteries back in any of mine. Been working on the Camaro, but that is a long ways out yet.

I could fire up either the '38 or '62...headscratch

I bought fiberglass hood/trunk/bumpers to shed some weight off the Chevelle, and modified the hood with some home built heat-extractor vents. 

I picked up a modified 2006 Z06 Corvette the day after the March meeting... unfortunately, buying a 600hp modern sportscar has kind of killed the motivation to work on the Chevelle that is obviously slower.

 Something like that could start a trend.. hear thy might have less rust issues too?

 Not necessarily. They still have steel frames and suspension.

Derek, is the Z06 street worthy ? You could drive that.

The Z06 is a great driver, it's just ugly... previous owner put some really awful stripes on it. It's supposed to be Jenna's fun car, but I have driven it a lot more than she has so far. gearbanger

I plan to paint it orange next winter.

I registered for 10:00... they're asking to arrive 30 mins early, so 9:30.
The weather will choose which car.

A great time was had by all who attended!

It was fun to cruise down in the Welsh/Red Wing area again like we've done for Fall cruises.

Our little Chevelle group (+ Cutty and LeMans) got broken up pretty early since the front group was moving along a LOT faster than the middle of the group.  Still fun though.

If the Turquoise car was the pace setter, I can imagine the "pace"...laughing

The 3 of them came back up the WI side and stopped to harass us at our yard sale. The cars made a bit of a stir, sitting on the street...thumbsup

Didn't sell nearly enough of my late Mother's furniture, but I placed For Sale signs on the HHR and sold that.cool
