As usual, meticulous attention to detail. No doubt it will be a super nice car...thumbsup

Envious...

My "Stay at Home" was knocking out two long term "Honey Do's" that have been on the books for awhile... replacing the drop ceiling tiles in the basement hallway, and removing a wall hanging/patching holes/touchup paint/hanging a new picture.

I got stalled out by missing two small parts that would not let me move forward. Those parts should be here today I will post more pictures as I go along. I am tired of reading about all of the virus stuff just thought I would post some pictures as I go along. Thanks for the comments I hope you guys all stay healthy and safe.

Isn't it always the couple of small parts that end up stopping the whole project.  banghead

I'm with you Tim, last weekend I shuttered myself in the shop and worked on the 442 all weekend long just to think about something besides Covid 19.

Nice, had to be an early 454 with that cast date.

Some day, I need to find a 427 to build for my '66. It currently has the LS5 from the '70 Chevelle I bought in '73. The CRT application code on the block would be more at home in the '70 SS, 4 speed car I bought a few years ago.

Make any decision on the paint/color scheme, or leaving that for when the time comes ?

Hopefully engine in tomorrow. I hate it when you find out you’re missing a couple of things like Cotter pins and brake line clips. But here are some progress from today.
