Option 1: Do a drive in movie night at Vali Hi drive in in Woodbury. I contacted them about trying to set up something but am not getting a call back. So most likely we would have to all meet in one spot and drive in together to all be in the same area. Thought we could plan on bringing goodies to share with each other. I can bring a table to set up in the area where we are.

Option 2: Do a cruise to Hooked on classics to check out some cars and then drive to the Minnetonka Drive in restaurant for lunch. This is going to less formal then what I had setup for the previous cruise. Meet up somewhere and just wing it.

Drive-in movie is what I voted for.

They oiled and pearocked my road last week.  Chevelle might not be coming out until that has settled down and we get some rain for the dust.

A drive in movie sounds like a lot of fun!

If you can't get a hold of the drive-in staff, cruising to Hooked On Classics would be fine with me.

I just got back from Vali-Hi. They don't hold any spots for groups, it's first come, first served and from what I've seen on Friday/Saturday nights, we would ALL  need to be in line by 6pm to park together. The gate opens at 7 and the movie starts around 9. That's 3 HOURS before we would get the 1st show started. I drove in around 8:20 and the place was PACKED..doh

I'm OK with a cruise and meal.. thumbsup

1 more thing, Back to the Fifties and the Camaro Club All Chevy Show are both on the 24th of this month. I wouldn't be available.
Maybe the 17th ? that is the third Saturday.

I'll offer the "40 Watt Garage" as either a starting rally point, an after cruising bench racing stop, or both if we go with the "Hooked on Classics" idea... I'm between 100 & 169, not far off of 394.

Preference would be the 17th.

Sounds like fun but we are not available on the 17th or 24th.

Ok so it looks like the majority vote is to cruise to Hooked on classics. It appears the 17th seems to work for most people. We will take John D up on his offer to meet at his place, have a short club meeting, and then take off from there. I will get meet time and his address posted in the members area shortly.

Ok everyone should have gotten an email thanks to our fabulous secretary.  Just in case I also copy and pasted the info and put it in the members only area.

Hope to see everyone.
