I bent the frame of the window so it won't close and broke a lift arm. I can't get the frame straighten to the point that it fits proper. If I can get the frame and window out, I will be able to straighten the frame so things will fit. Problem is it looks like some sort of rivets attach the window and frame to the fiber glass topper.
Anyone ever remove the window/frame? Any help appreciated. Thanks
The hinge on mine is a continuous rail system. There are screws/rivets on the ends to prevent it from sliding out. I removed one screw and was able to slide mine out and "adjust" the frame again.
If that hinge is bent, I wouldn't remove it, as you may never get it back in. Try using blocks of wood or hammer handles as wedges and close the door down on them to bend it back.
