Saw paul today and traded bumpers we both had them in the wrappers for 6 years. Had each others hard to believe.

That is the biggest pitfall to a restoration. A person Has to COMMIT a certain amount of time in a week or month to actually accomplish something or they sit for months/years with no progress.
