I would take the skirts off and drive it with pride...tiphat

Price does seem very reasonable when I see rusted, gutted, stripped '66 converts go for 4-6k....rolleyes

 I don't really know, but the 68-69 Skylarks had a real low rear wheel opening that looked like it had skirts even though it didn't.

I cant recall ever seeing a powerglide 69 car that had buckets and console.

I think it would be a good  car for someone wanting a 69 and a convert and not concerned about HP & Torque.
