3 car shows this summer

Just tossing this out for the club to consider. The Camaro Club is hosting 3 shows this summer.

1) All Chevy Show at Stillwater Motors. June 29th, 10am to 3pm. Any Chevrolet year/model.

2) Summer Classic at Jeff Belzer Chev in Lakeville.  August 17th 6 PM to 10 PM NIGHT show. All makes and models at this one.

3) All GM Car Show at Merit Chev in Maplewood. Sept 28th 10am to 3pm. ANY GM year/model

All shows are a top 21 format and non-Camaro Club cars are judged separately from the club cars. Some of you guys have attended the first 2 and I hope to see some this year. The third show is new this year and Tony better be able to make it or we will push his car around the block...laughing

Chad, feel free to enter any of these on the club calendar, if you/the officers wish.

I liked the quality of the cars at the Stillwater show a couple of years ago, but it was friggin' HOT on that black asphalt with no shade the time Dashboard and I went!  hyper  May go again if it's a cooler day.

I wanted to catch the Belzer show last year, but I think there was a conflict with another show that I went to instead.  Will try to make it this year.

The show at Stillwater got moved across the driveway into a slightly larger lot. We have been trying to allow enough room between the backs of the cars for pop up canopies for shade.

I'm sure that helped.  It would have much more tolerable with a pop up as we didn't have any shade cover at all.  Will have to reconsider this year.
