Yep it’s coming, what plans you have for your winter projects.

I’m planning a LS engine install in the Buick, some light bodywork and a new top. Repaint will have to wait until 2014.

But now you have a heated shop 40 ft from the back door. It will be much easier to get your lazy butt out there and finish it..razz

There are days when it's -10° that I have trouble finding the ambition to walk the 200 ft to my shop and turn up the heat. It takes an hour to warm up enough to be comfortable. I need a set-back thermostat in there..thumbsup

I will be digging my GTO out of the back room and getting it into the shop in the next few weeks. The goal is to finish welding in the floor, trunk, wheel well and tail panels so I can set it on the frame for the last time. I will set the engine in place along with all the parts I have, including the front clip to make it look like a car and sell it.

CAR: maybe have my new hood painted so I can put it on. Maybe have my top painted so it matches the hood. ditch the side stripes. try to make it look shiny. maybe do a little underhood cleaning up/detailing. maybe fab up some sort of cold air inlet.

GARAGE: flat screen TV, mop and wax the floor, practice welding, toss out more crap I don't need.

Get this darn 55 chevy done and out of the garage. Get the chevelle in the garage and install the 4 speed, disc brakes, and make it drive.
