New Hinshaws Chevelle catalog

I've been pestering James for a catalog for a year. He finally had a new batch printed and sent one out. I've already ordered a day/night mirror, washer pump w/cam and correct shifter hump. James is very knowledgable about the correct parts for these cars and particularily the '66-67 models. I encourage anyone looking for parts to call and discuss what you want/need with him.

Best part is, he'll tell you honestly how well or how poorly a part fits when you order it... I order most of my stuff through him, except when I need some aftermarket thing on the order that he doesn't stock or sell.

Mitch must be special, I have bought from James for almost 10 years and all I have ever seen are the 12 page newspaper ones. I'll have to give him a call soon and see if I can get one!hyper

Ive heard nothing but good things about Hinshaws. Especially about the part where he will gladly let you know what is good and whats not. He also sells used stuff as well.

Mitch, is it any different than the one I have? It's about 77 pages, with a blue 66, a 65 wagon, a 70 convert and an el camino.

It has different cars and has "Catalog # 34" on the top right corner.

He is such a stickler for correctness, I had to talk him into selling me outside mirrors without the bowtie on them...laughing

My catalog is No. 30, so I guess I'll have to try and get a new one from him.

You should have told him you had a late 67, sometime in near mid 67 the bowtie was dropped.

He did send plain mirrors but kept saying they weren't correct.
