There's a swap meet at the state fairgrounds Sunday the 16th. Put on by the Twin Cities Roadsters. It's usually pretty good. The weather looks to be a little cool but no rain, so I'll be there hocking my stuff. If anyones going, stop by the big red suburban and say hi. Also my prices are cheaper for any Northstar Chevelle club members.

Don't forget the Frankensteiner's show is at the Anoka Co. Fairgrounds too on Sun.
I think Chad/Shawna and kids, Gearlube, me/Tina, and maybe Dashboard and Pushrod & family will be at the Frankensteiner's show with the Chevelle's/El Camino.

The turn out at the fairgrounds yesterday was phenomenal. I got there at 6:30 and waited in line about half an hour. I ended up in the small lot west of the main North parking lot which was full. The smaller West lot was also full and I heard that they had to turn people away. I can beleive this as I could see a line of venders around the racetrack after the West lot filled up.
Was also a great day for selling. I sold just under $2000 worth of stuff.
I called my brother and told him how full the place was and so he came from Rochester and arrived about noon. Put some parts on my table and sold them all in 10 minutes!
Didn't see anyone from the club, but I was stuck over on the West side and kinda secluded. Definitely will be doing this one again next year.

I was there from 7:00 till 11:00 and it was almost a$$ho!e to elbows trying to walk around.
I looked for you, Steve, but evidently walked right by. Did you have the Brown Suburban ? I'm sure there were many bargains to be had, as most said they didn't want to take the stuff home. I was focused on 3 items and only found 1. Only spent $35
I looked at a 70-72 bulge hood (non-flapper cowl) that was a little rough on the underside but would definitely have been worth putting on a driver. I have never seen another one for sale. I never did get the sellers attention to ask the price.
