I hope this worksbanghead computor is working now so I thought I would try some pics, Nothing to ooow and ahhh just got the serpintine belt system painted,installed and eletric fans mounted on the radiator and installed. Still alot of work to go. Baby steps I guesscar 1.jpgcar 2.jpgcar 3.jpg

No Chris I have not got the fans wired yet. Worked late yesterday and today is so stinking HOT I dont have any energy left after workin outside all day.   angry So maybe this weekend.   Thanks Bryan I like the way looks too. By the way Bryan did you see the upper hose in the picture? that is a chevelle upper hose with that waterneck I bought from you. I just hope I can close the hoodbanghead

Yeah, looks tall, but there's probably room. Just make sure it doesn't get pushed down into the belt-maybe you will need to fashion a belt guard?

That's my concern too. There is stainless flex tubing available now to bend to application and just use 2 short hoses on the ends. I would try to route the hose behind the alt for safety and get it lower than the rad. You may have trouble purging the system with the hose higher than the filler neck.

I was able to purge the air out of the top hose,but that design will have to change. I got the fans hooked up and they work. Changed the jets in the carb hooked up the timing light to make some final ajustments and.... the starter craps outangry one step forward and two steps back. Not much left before Iam out of the CAC. 1 drive shaft new joint and balance 2 Install higher stall converter 3 starter  4 body work and cheap paint job so I can drive it.
