I'm in.  Weather permitting, I'll drive the Chevelle to work and then over to Tony's arriving by 4:30 p.m., then to No. St. Paul.

I was planning to have the '66 ready, but it's not looking likely... spent too much time getting ready for BTTF swap meet, now I have to spend the week cleaning up all the messes I made sorting through my junk. :o

Slight change in my plans, but will still be there for awhile.  I plan on going to Tony's, drive to the 'club of the night' parking lot shortly before 5 p.m., than I'll be leaving around 7 p.m. as there is a car show/live band in Apple Valley that night too.  Entry into the AV 'Dancin' & Cruizin' gets 2 people into the live music, and it's GB Leighton so I'm taking the wife.

I forgot about the AV event when we picked the 24th for No. St. Paul...  clonk

At this point it looks like I can make it "weather permitting".  Is there a meeting place before we head downtown?  I have not been to this one before?

Typically, a few of us meet up at Tony H.'s house as he lives just a few minutes from downtown No. St. Paul.

Tony-Please confirm you are o.k. with a meet up at your place between 4:30 and 4:45 p.m.?  Also confirm if the beauty shop parking lot is still there and the 'club of the night' location.  Thanks!

Just saw your post that you are o.k. with a meetup.  Please confirm the parking lot location for the folks that don't come to your house.  Thanks!

Stan.. Technically we need a Rep onsite by 4:30.. maybe we should move the meetup time at my house from to 3:45- 4:15? I think most members not meeting here could be there at 5PM

That would be great Bryan.. please confirm that you are going to do this for sure.. We really cant get into the lot till 5pm.. so if a couple of you can park on the street... just west of the apron and gobble up some spots that would be great.. Looks like we might have near record turnout this year.

Is the concensus to bump the meet at Hoffbug's to +/- 4pm, or hold with 4:30?

I've taken the afternoon off as well, and can be at either place at the designated time.

I've seen Steve M's Impala.  It's TOO NICE to be seen with a bunch of Chevelle's!  thumbsup

Seriously, it would be welcome.

I just got off the phone with Terry Didion. Count him in as well. This is certainly looking like its going to be our best turnout for the show yet.

I'm pretty sure Dashboard is coming and then leaving when I do to go to Apple Valley.

Maybe he and I can park by the curb in front of the parking lot after most everyone is in.  Or, in the front of the parking lot so that we can get out at 7 o'clock.

I don't have a club shirt. The one I got initially was way too big so I returned it and I've never gotten any other. Did we ever get more of the polo's ?

The officers are currently discussing ordering more shirts.  More to come on that.

I think there are a handful of polo's left, be we don't plan on re-ordering them as we will likely stick with T-Shirts and Sweatshirts.  We are still looking into a 'shop style' shirt.

If Ian comes tomorrow night, he might have the club apparel with him.

I think by the looks of thing its going to be imperative we get the two spots west of the apron of the lot. Anyone up for being there at 4pm to grab em?

Keeping track of all the spots and policing our parking is going to be paritive this year. We cant afford to loose any spots by someone that sees an open spot in our area and pulls in. Its happened in the past more then once. Its always an awkward situation when it comes up with the other driver. Should we get there earlier then we planned?

Chris.. Do you know what Im talking about? We should try to get the two street parking spots just west of the apron( entrance) to the lot.. The earliest you could get them is 4pm since its a two hour parking maximum before the event.

I will commandeer one of those two (the closer to the entrance) and next in line can grab the one behiond me since the lot is already saved for us. I've only been there a couple times, tell me exactly which intersection again so I don't bobo it.
