Right above this post, there is a horizontal bar of choices of what you can do on the forum. Click on user CP/ Details and it will bring you to your account and you can request an email to change it

You'll need to go to the Forum, log in, and using the "User CP/Details" tab, click "Edit Profile" and change your password yourself.

I do not need to intervene - unless you have forgotten your current password. In that instance email me at the tab on the blue bar above, and I'll reset it to a generic, notify you, then you go to "UserCP/Details" and change it to your preference.
