It in and looks great,  the lower part will get body color when car gets painted.  When???  Who knows. Now I can put the front bumper on.

i am making progress on  replacing the dash bezels. I am waiting on the upper dash trim piece, latest e mail said expected ship date Feb 18.  I bought a radio bezel from Goodmark(which I had to grind a bit to get it to fit) as Restoparts was expected to ship in March.  I did fix a broken part on my upper dash strip with JB Plastic weld.   But I would need to get it chromed and painted or try some of the chrome pencil or paint, so I opted to a new piece.  This all started out as replacing the glove box broken Bezel.
