Disposed of today: two (2) G-Body Elcamino parts cars, one (1) four door Sedan

Also made package deal on a four-door hardtop 66 I have had for at least 8-10 years.

Bundled with a bunch of parts.

Its departure will clear one stall, and about three (3) 12-foot pallet rack shelves, plus a couple of carts.

Focusing on stuff I really want to play with and complete.

Still Going: 1996 Corvette LT-1 Collectors Addition, and my oldest Blue 2010 automatic Camaro.

Pretty sure Red 6.0 Burb is already gone.

Will focus on clearing some more Suburbans before fall.

Karl

I will miss seeing the 4 Dr hdtI have a few parts from the 4 Dr hdt, took apart, like some moldings and the vent window frames, which are 1/2” shorter than the 2dr hot,  if you know someone who needs them.

Buyer is local.

He is friends with several of my favorite people.

I loaded him up with everything hardtop I can find and then some.

He has another 66 4 door hardtop plus some 66 other cars, I believe.

Pretty sure he is maxing out his storage with my stuff, however I think he can "hoard" with the best of us.

I am focusing on the realistic vehicle projects my family and I will focus on.

The 66 hardtop did not make the list.

For sure I am in the re-gifting mode.

I can hook you up with him if you like.

PM, when convenient.

Karl

Red 2004 Suburban Z-71, later model 6.0 from Caddy and HD upgraded brakes, GONE!

Next:

Advertise 2010 Camaro, 1996 Corvette.

1987 Cabellero (ElCamino) will be listed on Graves online auction.

Runs, yard drivable, Prior salvage title, originally a California, Dakota car.

Still will purge some more parts Burbs.

Making shelf space.

Ron is ITCHING to begin teardown on a 1956 Chevrolet convertible I just got title to.

No disassembly of that until we have a spot for ALL pieces.

Getting there.

He has plenty to do on Blue Big Block Elkythumbsup

2010 Blue automatic Camaro, sold and delivered.

Next: 1996 Corvette, seat back from upholstery shop, needs some EGR work still.

Fresh Battery, Water Pump, Oil change, Tires and wheels.

Brother in-law wants it.

Not a car guy, warned him it is 27 years old and there is ALWAYS something, especially on a Vette.

Going to make him drive it for a couple of weeks.

Maybe he will get tired of trying to get in and out of it.

Still, however a sweet running car.

Still need to final prep 87 Cabellero for auction unless I keep it for the solid body parts.

So far 6 vehicles have new homes, still have not gotten time to start scrapping Suburbans.

Brother-in-law had and epiphany after two weeks.

I have Corvette back now.

Great car, hard to get in, fun to drive once in, then a second struggle to get out.

I told him from the beginning there are far better choices.

Now have it back, will store till spring, deal with then.

I think he realized that he would not enjoy a sporty car enough to have one.

Pleased I could help him come to that conclusion, without him having to buy something.

The Blue 2010 Camaro Automatic car, if he was serious, would have been a better choice for him, told him that multiple times, before I sold it.

Pretty sure he is not going to search for anything else in the near term.

It was nice that you could let him have an extended test drive and he saw the light on the reality of the car.

There's an art to rolling out of a Corvette, and appearing to do it gracefully...

Yup, my name and "gracefully" should never be used in the same sentence.

The Vette is still fun to drive, although nowhere near as fun as a Manual transmission Gen Five Camaro.

I'm going to make mine even harder to get in and out of with the addition of race seats and harnesses.
