I was told they were common.  Came on a lot of 1971 and up gm cars.  Sometimes called the Monty rim.

The Monte Carlo rally's are 15". Is that what you are looking for ?

 Yes 15”.  The tires and wheels that came with the car are 15”.  I am looking to get rid if the rear tires (P275/60 with 15x8 AZ corvette rims and replace those with 15 “ rims and tires.
