I saw this ad on-line for a numbers matching '70 SS with a 396 and figured it's 'too good to be true' FOR $18,500 but thought I'd reach out anyway.  LINK TO AD  Gotta love the response laughing:

Hello, I'm Claudia I'm the owner. The car is in great condition as you can see, has no issues mechanically, electrically or any other to be noted. It was my husband's baby "Life is too short to drive a boring car" he always said, but he passed away earlier this year and being in a difficult situation I'm forced to sell it. Also I recently moved to my late parents' house in IA cause I had a thyroidectomy and need rest managing the recovery. Considering the circumstances I made arrangements with a shipping company to help me with payment and delivery as I'm unable to. The car is already in their possession all prepped & ready for transport which is free within the continental US. Price is $18,500 no other fees involved.

For more details please reply with your name, number, zip or shipping address so I can provide it to the shipping guys and they will contact you, you'll be able to talk to them directly. This implies no obligation to purchase, it's only to provide you with the required sale information. They will also provide the legal contract between me and them to show authenticity & delivery are guaranteed.

I will be waiting for your reply soon as I have others interested as well. Thank you and God bless you

Always a big red flag when they give a sad story with more details about why the car is for sale than they do about the car itself...
