67 tires hitting in front

I put large tires on front then did short springs and dropped spindles, and now it tires hit the wheel wells,DA I know. Anyway i want to fix it but don't want to take everything out and start over. Is there a expert in the house ? I could get it to the meeting Saturday if someone could help figure out what I need to do, Karl would put it on a rack. Thanks for anyone that can help.

What is the tire size, offset of the wheels?

Where in the wheel well is it hitting? At full turn or full compression of the spring / shock?
