Hope this morning's storms didn't wreak too much havoc. Saw Babe was tipped over for awhile.

No damage at the track. Didn't get up here till 6:00 tonight, but got through tech and caught the burnout contest. Ready to run the track tomorrow!

The track is in good shape. I'm liking the new tires!

I can hold my own (and some of theirs) through the turns but I'm getting dusted on the straights - I'm down at least 200+HP at the wheels against the stuff that I can stick/play with in the twisty's - but then the road straightens out and poof... tail lights. (Monster boosted turbo rice, Pro-Charged LS's stuffed into name-it, Vettes... but it's nice to get the thumbsup from these guys for my 50-year old pickup truck with a stock LT-1)

Today's going to be a little crazy if the last "cruise" session yesterday is any indication. Loren, Matt, and I had to wait a good 20 minutes to get onto the track due to traffic.

The marshals are doing a good job staggering the amount of cars allowed out at a given time, but turn 3 gets "interesting" with the drag-only cars, or at turn 10 with the guys who want to "roll race" after getting straightened out.  All in all everyone's doing a good job staying out of the "line" (if your car can't corner), but the pucker-factor is a little high being in a group of persons who are somewhat ignorant of road-track etiquette.
