Discussion Forum - Northstar Chevelle Club

Coworker of mine is setting this up and asked if I would post this to see if some of the guys from the club could bring their cars and hang out awhile. Here is all the info, anybody that could make it he would apperciate it. I plan to attend for a little while.

Mitch if you could post it on the Camaro site to see if any of those guys could come that would be great also.

1.     1^st show ever, this is a first time,  shaking out the bugs.  Has not been advertised.

2.     The cars will be members cars and hopefully some from your group.

3.     Some of the members have bikes instead of car, the count there is about 4-6.

4.     The Antique Wooden Boat show will also be displayed.  (The Mayor wanted them!)

5.     No entry fee, no prizes, just the bragging rights “… if they would have judged us, I would have won!”

6.     The parade starts at 11:00, should be done by 12:00.  Lake Drive is shut down north of Apollo Dr. about 10:45.  I would recommend either before 10:00 am or after 12:00.

7.     The “picnic” kicks off after the parade.

8.     We will be there about 8:30 am.

9.     The show officially goes 12:00 – 5:00 pm on 15 August.

10.                         Food will be available including Schwan’s products.
