Nice 66 convert for sale in Farmington
Permalink

Looks to be a quality car.  It's at the guys farm in Farmington that rebuilds transmissions.  He and his brother are both into cars.  Big price for a Malibu convert with the 283.  To much for my blood.  Most of these Malibu converts I see go from 20-30K.

Too much for a resto-mod. That's nut and bolt original pricing and then some.

That fuel filter is a fire waiting to happen...plastic on top of the exhaust crossover ????  What are they thinking ????  $30 for a chrome steel line to do the same thing...cuckoo

40K is going to be a very tough sell for that car IMO. High 20s to 30K is far more realistic.

This convert would be more fun to drive and we'll have to see if it sell and at what $'s.  Starting bid is more reasonable.  To bad its in CA.

Yup.. tough sell for a non-factory A/C car. Opinions are correct in the mid/low 20's range.

It is spring time and the top goes down, I think they could get 30 if the restoration was well done.
