Since I posted the pic of the '67 Beaumont I saw at BJ, just saw this on CL, and thought it has to be fairly rare if it is the real deal.  I think you can check with the Canadian GM Registry to confirm?

I like the uniqueness of these models that to me are a cross bred Chevelle/GTO.  You just don't see them much.  Interesting for $14K asking price.  Sounds like it is up by the Canadian border, eh.

This is the '67 that sold at BJ for $43K.  So, $12K for this vert, a respray, a few parts, and you are under $25K and sell it for $45K since it's a vert?  Hmmm

The '67 at BJ looks to be an "SD" (equivalent to an SS) where the one on CL is equivalent to a Malibu.

 I would bet a large pile of cash that Stan will not retire with his current car, nor have just 1 in the future...laughing

The grille on the '66 looks like a modified '64 GTO. The '67 looks more like a Buick grille to me. '64 was the Only first gen GTO grille with horizontal headlights...thumbsup

If you're into something different, the Beaumont's are that. I can't get past the miss-mash of parts to really get into the look...dunno Rare....yes, desirable....eh...

Discussed on TC. Around 12k. Biggest issue was finding the correct hood. If that is a true SS hood maybe it's value could go towards a correct hood, if you can find one, I contacted owner last week.

 With Pontiac, SD was for Super Duty. A designation they started in the early 60's with their factory drag race and oval track cars.

Head up to Niagra Falls for the Can-Am Chevelle show in July and you will see a lot of these. A few years ago we went and I think there was 16 Beaumonts/Acadia's.
