It's out in SC, so to far for a day trip.  Looks to be a good project; but not at the price he is looking for.

SC is a day trip......one day out and one day back.....laughing

Gotta look at it as an adventure, Jim.

A solid, driving '66 convert is going to bring 12k all day long. The ad states OBO. Make an offer....dunno

1,111 mile one way to Charlotte,  This is more than a day for a guy that is required to take a MRD.  I just  emailed him for more photo's and information.  I went down the WI a couple of years ago to look at a supposedly perfect 66 vert with original drivetrain.  Paint was covering a host of problems, it would have needed major fender, door, quarter panel, and trunk repair at the least ( what your experiencing with your SS). This one looks better; but you would have to see it in person.  Maybe if the is still on the market when I go the FL this winter.
