Lucas has been around a long time, but I only know about their Model T sizes.

They don't manufacture the tires.  They get their tires from Kelsey Tire company (I wonder if the owner by the name of Kelsey is related to the original owners of the old wheel manufacture Kelsey Hayes?).  They are made for Kelsey Tire by a company in PA by the name of Specialty Tire.
