Any Good Radiator Repair Shop?

I got an old Harrison  4 row radiator for a 66-67 chevelle.  When I got it there was a split in the lower outlet.  I had a shop in Rochester repair it.  Needless to say they messed up.  They  soldered  in a used  lower outlet. I think they should have just repaired the slit from the inside of the outlet.    I couldn't get it to stop leaking from the hose/ outlet fitting.  Well what I discovered is they put in an outlet that was a little smaller in diameter than the original.  In messing with it I broke the solder loose from the outlet.  I think I have to find a different lower outlet, one that is for my radiator and hose.  Wondering how the outlets are made, is there a flange on the inside and the outlet inserted though a hole in the lower tank from the inside?

Anyone know how the outlet  is soldered to the lower tank.  Is it just soldered from the outside?  Or if there is the an inside flange on the outlet  and then the  outlet inserted though a hole from the inside and then soldered on both the inside and outside?  Then the lower tank soldered to the core?  I think I got the cheap fix by someone who didn't know how there radiators were built.    Need a good shop I can trust.  Thanks.
