Got a call today from John Sinna (former NCC Prez). Rick & Carmen have sold their house, and are going down south for good.

There's a "send off" party in the works:

Sunday Sept. 21 - 3pm

El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant - Maple Grove

The party will probably start at 3 and be over by 4:30 if they are on Arizona time! Would love to see Rick and Carmen again. Kind of miss him already. Will have to see what we can do that weekend. Seems hard to get anywhere and home again. doh

I talked to Rick last week. He sold the house and his Harley. They are heading west in September and hunting for a larger home in the same area of sun City West. His plans are to then buy a three wheeler Harley and enjoy life. This is the most excited I have seen him in a long time.
