Kevin (Dashboard) should be happy with the Ford saying on the back now that's he's a proud F150 owner!  razz

That car reminds me of the Ricky Bobby car.  What an awesome movie.  There are so many quotes from it that I don't know where to start!

But... how about this one:

Ricky Bobby: How was school today, boys?
Walker: I threw a bunch of Grandpa Chip's war medals off the bridge.
[Chip is starled]
Ricky Bobby: Sounds like a good day. How 'bout you, TR?
Texas Ranger: The teacher asked me what was the capital of North Carolina. I said Washington, D.C.
Cal Naughton, Jr.: Bingo.
Ricky Bobby: Nice.
Texas Ranger: She said "No, you're wrong." I said "You got a lumpy butt." She got mad at me and yelled at me and I ****ed in my pants and I never did change my pee-pants all day. I'm still sittin' in my dirty pee-pants.
Cal Naughton, Jr.: I wet my bed until I was nineteen. There's no shame in that.

Guys used to put some interesting stuff on the backs of there cars back in the day. No Ford or Chevy bashing here just old pictures from times past. Both Ford and Chevy had some nice fast cars back in the day, truth was they where just trying to keep up with the MOPAR boys. I snapped this pix at the Cleveland IX Center, Everything Pistons Show 15 Mar 14 Great show, lots of muscle cars and airplanes and boats and.........  Most of it from the Ohio area

This is an actual picture (not photoshopped)... most likely from the mid-late '20s.

That had to be a riot for people that drove past that sign. Someone seems to be forgetting the car that beat the hemi... The hemi was also afraid of a mouse don't forget the 327 smoked a lot of hemi's Grumpy Jenkins in super stock cars are a good example, not ripping on Fords but besides the cobra they where never even close. The beloved Shelby running 15's+ in the 1/4 I mean common. And as much as people argue I do not see any difference comparing a copo car too a Shelby it may have not been a normal production but was still ordered that way from the factory and those will kick most any car built's ass, stock to stock. Shelby modifying the cars for ford is no different that ordering a car from Dick Harrell Chevrolet IMO / Even the l78's ran good times on slicks but the Hemi killer Ls6 was faster even though there wasn't much difference besides the displacement. Part of my reason for posting the pic is it's on a 69 chevelle
