This guy obviously insisted on the highest-possible quality throughout his build. He claims $86K invested, and I believe it.

It's an old school small-block car (330 hp crate 350), and isn't boasting big power or edgy style (16-inch Americans...)

But there's a lot of really nice work and parts included, and he's asking $39K. If someone wants to finish his project, they'd end up with a really nice car (if you like bright red '65s)..
