Seems like a heck of a deal. Are these getting so common now that they are coming down in price?

It's still a lot of work to do the swap correctly, IMO.

Interesting, he sure found a solution to steering clearance issues and nice touch on the seat.

The "experts" on Team Chevelle were not very kind to that car... http://www.chevelles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=484057

Worth $12-13k laughing

I say toss a mat in the trunk and haul a$$, these projects are never done; looks like a nice project that ran short on money. I like the space up front between the radiator and the engine but I think that’s why the shifter is at your hip pocket. Doesn’t the T56 have multiple positions for the shifter?

No, there was a heavy dose of sarcasm in that... I think, based on the pictures, that the price is quite fair.

If it was priced anywhere near what those guys said it was "worth", it would be in my garage already (or out in the parking lot here at work) gearbanger

I agree with you. The engine/trans is worth as much as what some of them are saying. The swivel buckets are worth some, and it looks to be in no worse shape than some of the 64-72s out there that people are buying and dumping tons into. I think they're just biased because of the year.

Good point Kevin.  I went back and looked at the pics, and it looks like the bench is almost into the back seat!  I guess it was set up for someone over 6' tall...
