Prom's a lot different than when a lot of us were in high school.  Especially those of us that grew up in small towns.  Remember the 'Enchanchment under the Sea' theme with streamers and balloons in the gym?  laughing

Now it's like a southern style introduction of the young folks at the catillion (if that makes sense?).

Ours was in the Cafeteria, which I helped decorate ("Precious & Few" the theme, but didn't attend)... John & another couple had dinner at Benihana's, then the dance out at Medina.

Hey! I resemble that remark!!

Her dad would get "left-overs" when I was through...

The kids had a GREAT time! No incidents, no "drama", just a fabulous night that all will remember for years!

Unfortunately no... Blackie's still under wraps (storage)...

(This past weekend I did go over to Mom's house and shut it down for the summer - and pulled the cover off, fire'd it up, and took a lap around the block - but he's still over there waiting...)
