This would have been used  66 chevelles SS built before May of 66.  The later and 67-8 rims were exactly the same except for the code changed, they were generaly coded 6 A3.  This rim  would have just a "6" stamped to the right of the valve stem.

I am thinking also on buick gs and skylark with HD supension, Olds 442 and cutlass with HD suspension (like wagons), and gto and lemans with HD suspension built before May  of 66.  I have also heard that the olds j-88 from 65-66 might work along with 65-66 GMC or CHEVY C-10 vans.
