I understand Derrick is going to provide brats and chops for grilling and everyone else can bring a side dish.

So we do not wind up with 10 gallons of potato salad and no salt and pepper I thought I start a what I’m bringing list.

I’ll bring lots of baked beans.

Derrick do we need paper plates, bowls, knives, forks, spoons, salt, pepper, napkins, cups?

Post the requirements here and let members bring them.

Ok I’ve got the baked beans.

This is a good thread. My better half and I were talking about the exact scenario Dashboard referred to....10 gallons of potato salad...rolleyes

In response Enganeer's Q, I only drink regular pop. I'll probably bring a liter of Barq's.

I will be bringing CAKE !! Vanilla white with chocolate frosting.

I'm not sure a lot of baked beans is a good idea in a crowd....laughing

I've got 36 pork chops and 60 brats. :) Should make things a little easier that way.

John, you should probably send out an email to let people know we're supplying the meat.

Wow, great participation!  Thanks everyone!  beers

John E., I've got a case of bottled water from the last club event, so I'm bringing that along with some chips and desert (probably cookies).  So, bring a mix of leaded and unleaded pop if you don't mind.

If you're not in the CAC club (Cars Apart Club for the rookies), DRIVE YOUR CHEVELLE/EL CAMINO!!!!!!!!!

We will be bringing a large batch of chocolate chip cookies . . . and are looking forward to meeting more of the people in the club.

(We are "new guys" and have only met those who moved cars the evening before the car show at Friendly Chev and those who were there for the show. Unfortunately, we will not be driving our Chevelle.)

Sorry guys, I should have mentioned that I have lots of paper plates from previous meetings, so I'm bringing those.  Also picked up some plastic silverware last night.  So, Steve maybe you can return what you bought.  We can work it out at Derek's.
