I’m looking for Mr. Distributor, he will be an older more mature gentleman but he will know and understand distributors.  He will have an old Sun distributor bench and know how to use it.

He will say, son tell me about your engine, then ask a half a dozen questions, spin the distributor up and  then open a draw with lots of different colored springs and flyweights inside.  He won’t need to rev my engine and run it to 4500 RPM 500 times, he will just know how to set it up the distributor .

Has anyone seen or have a location on this guy?

I think I asked the same question when having my 396 done at Wheeler. I think they gave me a card of a gut they send people to? of course I cant find it. I would try calling them?

I have a business card for a guy in Blaine that I beleive does that. I have never used him but I'll post his number tomorrow when I get back to work and you can call him if you like.

I got his card from the guys at TNT, they refered me to him.

The guy I know is in Blaine near Northtown. Call me & I will give you his contact infor. I used him and although he does have an ego he is very good.

He has the sun machine but not a drawer full of weights. He "redesigns" the originals to make them do what he wants.

I thinking you guys may be talking about the same guy. There isnt too many guys on this side of the cities that do this sort of work.

Stopped and dropped off the distributor from the 55 tonight. Hopefully will be able to pick it up Monday night.
