Anybody familiar with this dealer?  http://www.classicridesandrods.net/

I recognize the '71 vert Chevelle that's for sale as a member from last year.

A friend had his car up there on consignment. Some of the guys he liked but at least one not so much.  I think his car might still be on their website under consignment but it resides back in his garage at home.  The facilities are nice.

Don (Zipper)  had run the car through an auction last year but it didn't meet the reserve.

They have had that blue 69 with white top for sale for several years now. At least the last 4 years. That black 64 El Camino has been for sale for much longer then that. I dont know if that says anything or not. I just noticed they were still listed on thier website just now since the last time I noticed them several years ago. They have been trying to sell that 69 for longer then I have had my 69 which is going into my 4th year of ownership with this car.

Thats probably the case then. I cant imagine them not moving a car after that long. The blue/white 69 was advertised a lot back then. I havent seen it advertised at all for quite some time.

The 64 El Camino is my friends car (it's a really nice car BTW).  He had it up there on consignment and had a few people interested but nothing that worked out.  When he brought the car home they asked him about leaving it for sale on their webstie and he said sure.  That 69 coudl be a similar deal.
