YES.. Its the old WAYL Easy listening station float! Its on an El Camino frame..complete with fuel sipping V-6

I remember that. It was parked at the station in Eagan not too far from Cedar Ave on Cliff Rd. For a while it also had shiny blue streamers covering it too.

93.7 is quite a bit different radio station then easy listening today. I could swear I remember that whale car when I was a kid but I dont recall the radio station.

Its likely build on a G body El Camino chassis.
