Tony, not that I'm looking to buy... but is this a stock un-rebuilt TH400 with or without converter?

I'm going to be trying to sell mine soon but it has been gone through with what I am guessing are race clutches/discs, shift kit (chirps 1-2 and 2-3 shift at only 1/4 throttle) and a high stall/tight converter.  I'm trying to figure out what to ask for it.  I was thinking of selling mine more in the $300-400 range since it's been built up?

Its bone srock..not rebuilt as far as I know.
