There's still a couple hiccups--- I need yet another waterneck, maybe a different upper hose, and a custom brace off the header side of the passenger side bracket. Thanks huge to Chris P (67SS) for helping. There was a lot of "custom" things we had to do for this factory parts conversion .

Looks good Brian.

When I had the 350 with the serpentine in the Chevelle, I bought a swivel neck from Summit and ran the stock hose flipped around behind the alternator.  I had to extend the hose about 6" with another piece of a hose and some exhaust pipe as an extender between the two hoses.  It worked out fine.  See attached pics.

Make sure you have the individual pieces of the serpentine aluminum brackets securely bolted to the heads.  Ask me how I know...  biggrin

Let's just say John D. knows about trying to get busted off bolts out of the heads when they shear off and the bracket falls into the fan blade like happened to me on a Sunday a.m. in the middle of nowhereville Wisconsin last year before I installed the BBC!  smile

Yeah, that was fun!
Definetely make sure you've got at least the bolt's diameter worth of engagement into the head/block, and on the flip-side - make sure the bolts aren't bottoming in the holes before the bracket(s) are tight to the head/block.

Yeah, that looks bad.

I ahve that same 45' swivel neck, it's too tall to fit under my throttle body. Hopefully I can return it. I'm looking at a 90' swivel instead, otherwise it's gonna get real interesting this week finding something to work, maybe cobble a hose together, but it's gotta come out the front. That's my only issue now. I had a no start issue, but it was bad ground wires to the block. As for supports, they're all bolted securely, and most of the original braces are used somehow too. I need to make one more brace but it's otherwise solid and all the bolts are good-we actually used threaded rod for a couple custom bolt applications.
