1966 Impala production by option

I met a guy at a show in Az Saturday that has a '66 Impala 3 seat Wagon with an original 396/325hp and a M20 4 speed. I know we can find how many Chevelles were built with specific options but is there a site to locate that information for the Impala? I thought it would be in the GM Heritage vehicle information kit information but it is not.

Does anyone have a contact at the Impala Club that may be able to help?

If you find the info, it will tell you how many of each option, but not how many of the combination of options.

I'd speculate it was probably ordered for towing. There were a fair amount of low-perf BB wagons built for towing, but the 4spd would be pretty rare in it.

Derek. I would think either of your brothers would know exactly where and who has this kind of information wouldn’t they?
