Well... we accepted a Purchase Agreement on the Quebec Ave. house.
Thanks to the Fed, Interest Rates, and the general status of the housing market... Things are pretty much back to the traditional procedure of home-buying - not 27 people throwing buckets of money at you, willing to buy site-unseen with zero contingencies.

If the planets align, we'll be closing on Quebec in a month.

(Stay tuned for a possible killer deal on a 4-post car lift)
