Bolt material for aluminum intake & aluminum heads?

Should I be using stainless steel or steel for the intake and/or exhaust manifold? Also the thermostats housing which is cast iron.

You could use either but if you use Stainless steel bolts then you should use anti-seize due the potential of galling the threads. Any steel bolts to aluminum interaction should have anti-seize as they are dissimilar metals.
