The Second-Gen versions looked pretty cool (Hurst Hatch?). I don't like the Third Gen wagon as much. I think there was a Fourth Gen too..

"Kammback" isn't really accurate, but a common misnomer for that style. I'd call it a "Shooting Brake" instead.

 

Chevy dilluted the "Kammback" name with the Vega wagons, and the name stuck... a true Kammback though is the aero design with the back having its curve chopped flat, like a Shelby Daytona coupe.

Here's a link to the 4th Gen. I saw it at SEMA in 2000 when it was first built. Pretty cool...

Pontiac called it a Kammback (just like Chevy called the Vega wagon a Kammback...had a script on the side and everything) even though it's not technically accurate.
