Contractor type propane burning heater and big 100lb tank
Permalink

I have a portable propane heater and 100lb tank. Still works. Heater is a contractor style vertical can. does up to 80,000btu, uses a lever to control the output. Tank is 100lb, around 1/2 full. Have hose/regulator. Hose is plenty long. Pushbutton igniter. It's in the garage rafters, sorry for the dark pic.

First $100 takes both

How long could I run that in a closed up 2-stall garage before passing out?

I'd say three to five minutes but you will need ear protection.

I've run it for a couple hours in my 3 with a closed in ceiling, it's quieter than my compressor.
